چکیده

Multiple small-molecule kinase inhibitors with specific molecular targets have recently been developed for the treatment of cancer. This article reports development and validation an ultra-performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS) method to simultaneously analyse dacomitinib, ceritinib, lorlatinib, nintedanib in human plasma. For chromatographic analyte separation, Acquity UPLC® BEH C18 column 1.7 ?m, 50 mm x 2.1 was used a binary gradient pure water/formic acid/ammonium formate (100:0.1:0.02, v/v/v) methanol/formic acid (100:0.1, v/v). Calibration curves all were 5.00–500 ng/mL. Validation this met requirements Food Drug administration. Additionally, clinical applicability demonstrated by quantification multiple samples from pharmacokinetic study patients lung

Liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method for the assignment of enalapril and enalaprilat in human plasma

A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method was developed for the determination of enalapril and enalaprilat in human plasma. Detection of analytes was achieved by tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization (ESI) interface in positive ion mode which was operated under the multiple-reaction monitoring mode. Sample pretreatment was involved...

Development and Application of a Validated Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Method for the Determination of Dexchlorpheniramine Maleate in Human Plasma

A convenient liquid chromatographic-single Quadrupole mass spectrometric (LC-MS) method was developed and validated for dexchlorpheniramine maleate (INN name: chlorphenamine) determination in human plasma. The need for just a single liquid-liquid extraction with ethyl acetate and being highly sensitive were the advantages of this method. The linearity was also excellent over the range of 1...
